Ashley Masters

Ashley Masters is an accomplished accounting professional with over 10 years of hands-on experience. Her career began as an accounting assistant, but with determination and a passion for excellence, she quickly rose to become an accounting manager within five years. Skilled in all aspects of accounting—from accounts receivable and payable to payroll, tax reporting, and financial reconciliations—Ashley has made significant contributions in various roles.

At Incom West, she developed and implemented tailored accounting processes for a research and development-focused business. Her subsequent role at IPS involved managing the books for two service centers in Washington and California, where she not only handled financials but also played a key role in operational strategy.

In addition to her accounting expertise, Ashley runs a successful photography business specializing in elopements, perfectly aligning with her passion for adventure and hiking. A proud graduate of Washington State University with a Bachelor’s in Accounting, she is currently pursuing her CPA license to deepen her expertise and further grow her career.

When she’s not immersed in numbers and strategy, Ashley enjoys hiking, camping, and planning her next adventure abroad. She shares her love for life’s adventures with her fiancé, Eric Davidson, and their Golden Retriever, Midas, in Vancouver, Washington.
