As the dynamic Firm Administrator at Davis & Associates CPAs, Wendy has successfully led the transition from a paper-based system to a fully digital operation, transforming the firm's processes and enhancing efficiency. She manages accounts receivable, crafts and implements office procedures, and oversees appointment scheduling to ensure seamless operations. Wendy also manages and assists clients with onboarding, as well as digital document delivery and processing, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved. She takes pride in developing forms and documents that streamline workflows and uphold the firm's high standards. With expertise in document management and IT support, she ensures that records are accurate, digital systems are secure, and office equipment runs smoothly. Above all, Wendy enjoys working with clients and strives to create a positive experience for everyone at the office.

Before joining Davis & Associates, Wendy held various roles for 11 years at Longview Orthopedic Associates, gaining extensive experience across multiple functions before transitioning into an administrative support position. During that time, she honed her skills in scheduling, project management, and policy development, playing a key role in improving IT infrastructure and optimizing communication.

Born and raised in Longview, WA, Wendy is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Darin, with whom she has shared 26 wonderful years. Together, they have a fantastic daughter, Mariah. Outside of work, Wendy is passionate about camping, hiking, exploring the dunes with their side-by-side, and she also runs a photography business that keeps her busy on the weekends. Wendy has also become an avid dahlia grower, cultivating a diverse array of varieties each year alongside her mom and daughter. This family hobby has turned into a joyful pursuit, allowing them to share their passion for gardening and create beautiful blooms together.
